There are still weeks, if not over a month, of mounting, fitting, shaping welding and fabricating before the Viper Green paint will be mixed up and loaded into the spray gun.  The 964 rockers require some meticulous cutting, hammering and welding to eliminate the indentations for the 964 rocker trim clips.
The power mirror holes in the doors have been welded shut and metal-worked.  The panel fitment is still only at an acceptable level in a few gaps.  The rest need some diligent work, all of which is being performed by Joe Young's hand-picked crew of craftsmen at The Ultimate Paint Shop.
Rear quarters are about to get chopped off for the fitment of the flares.  Positioning the flares is critical, as the tire circumference should be centered within the wheel openings circumference.
