After some arm twisting from potential buyers, some changes in the final details have been made.  The car will still be green, but it looks like we will do a full color change to Viper Green.  The windows will remain glass and the doors will retain power windows.  Air conditioning will be added (kept).  The downside to these changes is some added weight.  This really pisses me off so I have made the decision to go to a full 4.0 liter displacement on the engine.  The 80.4mm stroke and the 102.7mm bore (this allows us to use the latest factory piston ring pack) yield a whopping 666cc/cylinder!  This is a total displacement of 3996cc.  All this raises the price, but this car will derive its personality from its engine and I won't compromise it.  After building racing engines out of high mileage street cars for most of my life, one of the prerequisites of this car/engine build, was new engine parts.  That means: new crankcase, new crankshaft, new oil pump, new rods, new pistons and cylinders, new heads, valves, springs and retainers.  Did I mention new, forged rocker arms, new valve covers and new throttles?  Beautiful DP-Motorsport carbon and Kevlar bodywork, awesome adjustable JRZ coil-overs with ERP suspension goodies, Brembo brakes, new Fikse wheels and fresh rubba.  Cap it off with a unique interior with green numbered gauges and black leather and suede with contrasting green stitching on the dash, seats and door panels.
The polished, knife-edged 4.0 crankshaft.
